The Sambar WR BLUE LIMITED was released on July 26, 2011 with the catchphrase "In gratitude for the 50th anniversary of the Sambar, with the Subaru spirit." As its name suggests, it was released as a special edition car to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the release of the Sambar, with a limited run of 1,000 units. Based on the "TC" grade, it was equipped with the special edition car's exclusive color "WR Blue Mica", black seats with exclusive yellow stitching, a two-tone front colored bumper, chrome-plated wheel nuts, and clear turn lenses.
This kit is an assembly-type plastic model of the Sambar WR BLUE LIMITED, and realistically reproduces the traditional rear engine, four-wheel independent suspension, Subaru's specialty 4WD layout, and an opening and closing engine hood. The product content allows you to enjoy the same fun as assembling a real car.
** This model kit is supplied in unassembled and unpainted plastic components. Please note that glue, model paints, and other basic modelling tools are required and sold separately.
