RS Models 48015 1/48 Bucker 131D Jungmann Trainer
The first flight of the Bu 131 prototype (D-3150) was made on 27 May 1934 with the flight pilot Joachim von Koppen. The aircraft was powered by a Hirth HM 60 R inline four-cylinder engine with an output of 59 kW. In 1934, serial production of the Bu 131 A version began, the main customer of which was the Deutscher Luftsportverband. In 1936, the Bu 131 B series began, which differed in the built-in Hirth HM 504 A-2 engine with an output of 77 kW.
