Trumpeter 05336 1/350 HMS Abercrombie Monitor

This is a plastic model kit, which comes unassembled and unpainted. So glue, model paints and other basic modelling tools are additionally required.

HMS Abercrombie was a Royal Navy Roberts class monitor of the Second World War. She was the second monitor to be named after General Sir Ralph Abercrombie. HMS Abercrombie was built by Vickers Armstrong, Tyne. Kit features 2-piece full hull, detailed super structure, finely molded fittings, detailed ship's boats, filigree masts and yardarms, 102mm 45 calibre guns, 40mm 2-pounder 'pom-pom's, 20mm Oerlikon guns, display stand and engraved name plate, metal anchor chain and photo-etch parts (including funnel grilles, platform railings, inclined ladders, vertical ladders, braces, boat details, davits and more), 3-view colour painting guide and decals for hull markings and ensign. Completed kit is approximately 12.7" long.
